Leadership Kemper provides the opportunity for a diverse group to learn about themselves and their community; to be introduced to leadership skills and learn how to use these skills to benefit themselves, their company, and their community. Participants also discover how they can build teams to impact their community.
Leadership Kemper will help enlarge the base of leaders in Kemper County – leaders who understand themselves and their community, and share a desire to produce positive change that benefits both themselves and their community.
