TVA Valley Incentive Programs (VIP)
To encourage economic development in the TVA region, TVA’s Valley Incentive Programs (VIP) help businesses by providing incentives programs that provide energy and economic benefits, financing, grants, and more.
Mississippi Business Finance Corporation
The Mississippi Business Finance Corporation (MBFC) is the financing arm of the Mississippi Department of Economic and Community Development. MBFC is a public, non-profit public corporation which coordinates state resources to assist companies in obtaining financing.
The MBFC administers various programs to assist economic development in the state, including the Industrial Revenue Bond (IRB) Program which provides reduced interest, long-term financing, tax incentives, and use tax exemptions for companies that are locating to Mississippi or expanding their presence in the state.

Kemper County is a part of Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) which offers federal assistance for economic development projects.
